University & Seminary makes no promises, representations nor guarantees of employment or acceptability of transfer credits to any public or private educational institution. If you are seeking an M.A.P.S.D.,

H.U.F., U.I.F.H. degree for specific licensing, employment or additional educational purposes, we advise you to first check with the association, governmental agency, employer, or specific educational institution to determine the acceptability.

ALL ITS EDUCATIONAL DIVISIONS:

Are authorized by the Commission for Independent Education, Independent Colleges and Universities, Non-Secular Division, Florida Department of Education to operate as a private, non-secular college  and to issue associate, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in all phases included within, any of the following degrees:

Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, Master of Science, Doctor of Philosophy, and Doctor of Education.  

We only offer educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in the following categories of:

 Ministry, Counseling, Theology, Education, Administration, Music,

Fine Arts, Media Communications, or Social Work. 

(Section 246.084(1)(a),(I), Florida Statutes).

We are exempt of licensure and exempt of the jurisdiction or purview of the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Board of Education (FBE), in accordance with the Chapter 1005, title 1005.06, of the Statutes of the State of Florida.
